Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a large law firm client in seeking a Business Immigration Attorney for a fully remote, temporary engagement. This role will focus on high-volume H-1B cap season work and is ideal for an attorney who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a large law firm client in seeking a Business Immigration Attorney for a fully remote, temporary engagement. This role will focus on high-volume H-1B cap season work and is ideal for an attorney who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Role Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension
- Location: Fully remote (must be able to support some PST hours)
- Compensation: $55/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Handle nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa matters, with a strong focus on H-1B filings during cap season
- Prepare and review H-1B petitions, supporting documentation, and related filings
- Manage a high volume of cases while meeting strict deadlines
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Provide clear communication and updates on case progress
Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years of business immigration experience in a law firm or in-house environment
- Hands-on experience with H-1B petitions and cap season workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-volume setting
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
