This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm. Firm Administrator Washington, DC (Hybrid) A nationally recognized boutique energy law firm headquartered in Washington, DC with satellite offices in California and Tennessee is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator to oversee the firm’s financial operations, human resources, technology, facilities, and day-to-day business operations. The position reports directly to the Shareholders of the Firm. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in accounting, benefits administration, human resources and operations, and enjoy a position where every day is different. The position encompasses a wide range of activities with involvement in all phases of the administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and business systems. The Firm Administrator is supported by the part-time Accounting Assistant who assists with day-to-day accounting functions. The Firm works on a hybrid work schedule, meaning that employees are expected to work in the office at least two (2) days per week. A Firm Administrator may need to work from the physical Washington, DC office more than two (2) days any particular week as duties may require. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters while collaborating with an established and highly regarded legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Relativity, including running searches, creating and managing saved searches, and supporting complex document review workflows. Prior document review experience is required, along with demonstrated experience supervising or managing review teams. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the electronic discovery lifecycle, litigation support best practices, and technology-driven review processes. This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm.   About the firm: This role is with a leading plaintiff-side litigation firm that is dedicated to fighting against corporate injustices, specifically as it pertains to cases involving defective medical devices, pharmaceutical injuries, catastrophic personal injury, water pollution, and environmental damage. They have a national presence, are committed to the growth of their attorneys, and a very active caseload.   About the role: In this role, you will gain hands-on court room experience, as there are multiple trials anticipated nationwide over the next year. Ideal candidates are proactive litigators with a background in plaintiff personal injury, toxic exposure, medical device, and/or sexual assault cases who are eager to take on substantial responsibility in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.   Primary duties include: Leading and supporting all phases of civil litigation, including case investigation, evaluation, and strategic planning.
