Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
Location: Fully remote (Dallas-area candidates preferred)
Compensation: Starting at $65/hour, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
Review, redline, and negotiate aviation-related contracts supporting operational, leasing, and vendor relationships
Provide legal support for airport operations, including procurement, concessions, vendor agreements, and facility-related transactions
Advise on contract structures and risk considerations specific to the aviation and airport operations environment
Ensure agreements comply with applicable FAA contractual and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal business and operational stakeholders to support ongoing aviation operations
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated aviation legal experience is required
Strong familiarity with aviation operations and airport-related legal transactions, including procurement, leasing, concessions, and vendor agreements
Working knowledge of FAA contractual requirements and regulatory considerations impacting airport and aviation operations
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Independently manage insurance defense and personal injury matters from inception through resolution
Conduct and manage all phases of discovery, including document review and written discovery
Review and analyze medical records and related damages materials
Draft, file, and argue motions and other substantive pleadings
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Participate in and handle mediations and settlement negotiations
Prepare matters for trial, including strategy development and pretrial submissions
Work proactively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Candidate Qualifications
5+ years of experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation
Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, depositions, and discovery
Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting
Active license to practice law in New York, in good standing
Must reside in New York

Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the company’s Procurement Legal team
Review, redline, and negotiate buy-side agreements, including:
SaaS and on-premises software licenses
Master services agreements and consulting agreements
Statements of work (SOWs)
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
Agreements related to sponsorships, hotels, venues, and events
Review and negotiate data protection agreements (DPAs), security exhibits, standard contractual clauses, and related documentation to ensure compliance with applicable data privacy laws
Develop, maintain, and enhance standard form agreements and contract playbooks
Manage and organize contracts within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
Candidate Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an in-house legal role drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and technology contracts
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of agreements efficiently
Business-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
