Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a boutique law firm in seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team on a temporary, 5–6 month engagement. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting sophisticated commercial litigation and arbitration matters.

Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Pay Rate: Starting at $85/hour, commensurate with experience
Position Overview The firm is seeking a mid-level commercial litigation attorney with strong research and writing skills to support a team handling complex litigation and arbitration matters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing day-to-day litigation responsibilities in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Responsibilities
Support litigation and arbitration matters from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, demand letters, and related filings
Assist with litigation strategy and case development
Collaborate closely with attorneys on active commercial disputes
Support matters involving trademark, copyright, and IP-related commercial disputes, as applicable
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
Approximately 4–6+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential
Experience at an Am Law 200 firm or reputable litigation boutique strongly preferred
Background in the Northeast legal market preferred, though New York admission is not required
Experience representing creatives, entrepreneurs, or handling IP-related commercial disputes is a plus
