Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a national fast-food restaurant chain in seeking a Marketing & Advertising Attorney to join their legal team on a fully remote, part-time engagement.This is a long-term opportunity supporting a broad range of marketing, advertising, promotions, and brand-related legal matters.
Role Details
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term, indefinite
Hours: Part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week (with flexibility for additional hours based on business needs)
Location: Fully remote
Pay Rate: Starting at $75/hour
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of marketing and advertising-related agreements, including:
Sponsorship agreements
Influencer and social media agreements
Advertising agency agreements
Promotional and marketing services agreements
Advise business stakeholders on advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns
Review and support sweepstakes, contests, and promotional programs
Provide legal guidance on social media initiatives and digital marketing activities
Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with advertising and promotional activities
Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and business teams to support brand initiatives
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
Significant experience handling:
Advertising and marketing matters
Sponsorship agreements
Social media and influencer-related legal issues
Sweepstakes, contests, and promotional programs
Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Flexible and responsive, with the ability to manage changing priorities and fluctuating workloads
