Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a national fast-food restaurant chain in seeking an IT Contracts Attorney to join their legal team on a fully remote, part-time engagement.

Role Details
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Long-term, indefinite
  • Hours: Part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week (with flexibility for additional hours based on business needs)
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $80/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of technology and commercial agreements, including:
    • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements
    • Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
    • IT consulting agreements
    • Professional services agreements
    • Technology vendor and procurement contracts
  • Identify and mitigate contractual, operational, and business risks
  • Advise internal stakeholders on technology-related contracting matters
  • Support vendor management and procurement initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to facilitate contract execution and compliance

Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
  • Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
    • SaaS agreements
    • MSAs
    • IT consulting agreements
    • Professional services agreements
    • Vendor and technology contracts
  • Strong commercial contracting and risk-assessment skills
  • Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and responsive, with the ability to manage changing priorities and fluctuating workloads
