Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a global shipping and delivery service in seeking Contract Review Attorneys to join its legal team on a fully remote, temporary engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with strong commercial contracting experience who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Role Details
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 3–6 months
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Location: Fully remote (candidates must be able to work Central Time Zone hours)
  • Pay Rate: $65/hour

Position Overview
The client is seeking attorneys to support a high-volume commercial contracts initiative. The work will primarily involve reviewing, drafting, redlining, negotiating, and executing vendor agreements, assignments, and consents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling repetitive contract review work while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and execute a high volume of commercial agreements
  • Review vendor contracts, assignments, consents, and related commercial documents
  • Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate revisions
  • Partner with internal legal and business stakeholders to facilitate contract execution
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency while managing a large volume of agreements
  • Prioritize multiple assignments and meet project deadlines

Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
  • Prior experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience with vendor agreements, commercial transactions, or general business law preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Strong written communication and contract drafting skills
  • Ability to work full-time during Central Time Zone business hours
