Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a large law firm in seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney to join their team on a long-term, fully remote engagement.

Role Details
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6+ months
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $70/hour, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and revise a variety of commercial agreements, including:
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
    • Engagement letters (both firm templates and client-provided forms)
    • Vendor agreements
  • Handle both standardized, high-volume contract reviews and more complex agreement negotiations
  • Work directly with partners and business development professionals to facilitate timely contract execution
  • Manage contract workflow and ensure agreements move efficiently through the review and approval process
  • Identify contractual risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions
  • Maintain organization and prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in the state where you reside, in good standing
  • 3–5+ years of attorney experience, including commercial contract review and negotiation
  • Experience handling NDAs, engagement letters, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts
  • Strong client service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and business professionals
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management or contract workflow processes is preferred
