Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic fintech corporation to recruit an Financial Services Contracting Attorney. This is a full-time, short-term contract role.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months with potential for extension
- Hours: 40/week
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $100/hr
- Draft and negotiate discrete agreements in financial services, payments, digital asset space including prime brokerage, lending, and derivatives documentation.
- Own full product life-cycle negotiation for institutional products, advising on legal issues, risks, complex agreement structures, and company policies in a compliance-oriented environment.
- Support internal/cross functional teams – sales, product, engineering, finance, and compliance to close deals.
- Candidates should be well-versed in negotiation and M&A.
- License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
