Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic animal health pharmaceutical company to recruit a Promotional Review Attorney. This is a remote contract opportunity.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: indefinite, at least through 2026, potential for temp-to-perm
- Hours: as-needed to start, likely to ramp up to full-time
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $85-90/hr
- Conduct comprehensive promotional reviews of marketing materials prior to product launches to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide expert legal opinions on the promotional strategies, particularly for campaigns that are more aggressive than previous initiatives.
- Offer strategic insights into how competitor companies may respond to or be affected by new campaign approaches.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting animal health product promotion.
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and legal teams to develop compliant, effective promotional content.
- Serve as a trusted SME, advising on the legal risks and opportunities associated with innovative marketing tactics.
- Proven experience as a Regulatory Marketing Attorney, ideally within the animal health industry.
- Background working with or for top-tier companies (Top 10 animal health firms preferred), with familiarity in corporate mergers, consolidations, or industry restructuring.
- Strong understanding of post-marketing regulatory requirements and promotional review processes.
- Ability to analyze competitive campaigns and predict industry responses.
- Excellent legal acumen with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Prior experience in highly regulated environments with a track record of guiding marketing teams through compliance.
