Duration: long term ongoing
Hours: 5-10/week with ramp up to 20+
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100/hr
Responsibilities and Requirements
Client is seeking an EPC attorney (Energy, Procurement, and Construction) with 5+ years of legal experience with commercial contracts in the energy/construction sectors
Attorney will handle overflow work involving the company’s agreements with contractors in relation to the construction and installation of large-scale clean energy projects, usually solar or battery storage in nature
Experience with construction contracts will be specifically relevant, including subcontractor and contractor agreements; experience drafting, negotiating, redlining these agreements in the energy, solar, battery contexts is especially useful
License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
