Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a class action law firm in seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team on a long-term, fully remote engagement. Candidates must be licensed in California.
Role Details
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Fully remote
Compensation: $90–$95/hour
Responsibilities
Draft and review briefs, motions, pleadings, and other substantive litigation documents
Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
Take and defend depositions
Prepare, file, and oppose motions
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Manage assigned matters and litigation deadlines from discovery through resolution
Collaborate with attorneys and litigation team members on complex class action matters
Candidate Qualifications
3+ years of litigation experience, with class action experience strongly preferred
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Active California bar license, in good standing, is required
Class action experience is strongly preferred
