Position Details
- Start Date: 11/2 (possibly sooner)
- Duration: 4-6 weeks
- Hours: 20-30/week
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $80/hr
- Client is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of commercial contracts experience to work with their in-house team
- Experience with drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements, research agreements, and facilities agreements etc.
- License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
