Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic AI infrastructure company to recruit a Contracts Attorney. This is long-term, full-time role.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6-12 months with potential for extension
- Hours: Full-time
- Location: Hybrid in NYC or San Francisco (2 days in office)
- Compensation: $100-105/hr, commensurate with experience
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements across our global operations.
- Support government procurement processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to risk management and develop strategies to mitigate legal exposure.
- Candidates must have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working within or supporting the tech sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Based ideally in New York or San Francisco, with the flexibility to support global operations.
- Licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction, active and in good standing.
