Senior Commercial & Product Lawyer | Immediate Start | Contract Until June 2027

We are seeking four Senior Commercial Lawyers to join a busy in-house legal team supporting a broad range of product, technology, and commercial matters within a large international business.

This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with strong experience advising on technology products, software, supplier arrangements, and complex commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will support a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, including:

• Advising on product-related commercial matters across the business
• Supporting software and technology product development projects
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex supplier agreements
• Advising on manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain arrangements
• Supporting intercompany and group-wide commercial agreements
• Providing pragmatic advice on contractual risk and commercial strategy
• Advising on regulatory matters impacting products and services
• Partnering closely with product, procurement, operations, and business stakeholders

About You

You will be a senior commercial lawyer with experience in:

• Commercial contracts
• Technology and software agreements
• Product counselling
• Supplier and procurement agreements
• Manufacturing and supply chain arrangements
• Complex stakeholder management
• Providing practical, risk-based legal advice in large organisations

Experience working within technology, telecommunications, media, consumer products, or other product-led businesses would be highly advantageous.

Contract Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Until June 2027
• Working Pattern: Full-time
• Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office Osterley Park
• Engagement Model: Employed models only
