Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a boutique consumer protection law firm in seeking an experienced Nevada-Licensed Attorney to join its team on a temporary, fully remote basis.
Details
- Start: Early December 2026
- Duration: 3-4 months with the potential to convert to a perm role after trial period
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Fully remote in Nevada
- Compensation: $45/hr
Responsibilities
- Consilio's law firm client is seeking an attorney to conduct initial intake meetings with clients, draft notes about the meetings, and update the firm’s system accordingly
- Intake meetings are with clients who have contacted the firm about potential fraudulent contracts related to a specific financial services product
Candidate Qualifications
- Firm will provide training, however, a background in insurance/finance products and/or financial regulation is a plus
- Customer service, empathy, listening, and strong communication skills are required
- License to practice law in Nevada, active and in good standing, is required
