LOD, a Consilio company, seeks a Healthcare attorney with 5+ years of experience to assist its prominent healthcare client with health plan contracts.  The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare operations in addition to health plan contracts. Tennessee attorneys preferred, but client will also consider remote candidates as well.  This is a full-time hourly contract opportunity expected to last 2-3 months. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in healthcare contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of case work and familiarity with healthcare contracts and operations. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and to work well with in-house counsel.
• Experience and ability to work independently on a remote basis.
• An active law license in good standing.
