LOD, a Consilio company, seeks a Tennessee licensed litigator 3+ years of litigation experience to join one of its prominent law firm clients. The ideal candidate will have solid experience handling all levels of litigation – ideally medical malpractice litigation. This is a full-time, hourly contract opportunity with long duration potential. Ideally, the candidate will be able to go into the client's offices in Memphis, Knoxville, or Nashville offices on a Hybrid basis. Must be Tennessee licensed.

- Minimum 3+ years of solid litigation experience – ideally medical malpractice work
- Background in healthcare litigation preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and to work well with in-house counsel
- Experience and ability to work independently on a remote basis; desire to work long-term on a contract basis
- An active law license in Tennessee in good standing
