Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a leading technology firm to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney for a fully remote, part-time engagement. This is an ongoing opportunity requiring 10–20 hours per week, ideal for attorneys seeking flexible work with meaningful impact.

Position Details
  • Location: Remote
  • Hours: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Compensation: Starting at $75/hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial case evaluations, including case quality assessment and early-stage investigation
  • Support case origination by identifying viable litigation opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights into case strategy and viability
  • Assist with litigation-related tasks, with a focus on mass tort or complex plaintiff-side matters

Qualifications
  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Proven litigation experience; mass tort or plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in case origination, including assessing case quality and development potential
  • Strong analytical, communication, and judgment skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
