Position Details
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Compensation: Starting at $75/hour, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial case evaluations, including case quality assessment and early-stage investigation
- Support case origination by identifying viable litigation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights into case strategy and viability
- Assist with litigation-related tasks, with a focus on mass tort or complex plaintiff-side matters
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Proven litigation experience; mass tort or plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in case origination, including assessing case quality and development potential
- Strong analytical, communication, and judgment skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
