Consilio’s Direct Hire Division is seeking a Fiduciary Accountant for a multinational law firm client. This position is based in Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm.
Prepare and review a full range of fiduciary income tax filings, including:
Assist with IRS audits, including drafting written responses and organizing supporting exhibits.
Maintain the group’s task management system (File-in-Time) to track deadlines for tax returns, annuity payments, Form 709 filings, and ETIPs.
Support attorneys as part of the client service team by preparing:
Work directly with clients on accounting and tax matters involving individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Conduct research on tax laws relevant to fiduciary and individual tax preparation.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
Proficiency with fiduciary tax and trust accounting systems such as:
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with high net worth clients.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast paced environment; strong team orientation.
This role offers a competitive compensation structure and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Salary Range: $98,000 – $156,800
