Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a global manufacturing corporation (Wichita office) to recruit an experienced Senior Corporate Investigator in the Wichita, Kansas area. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for attorneys and/or experienced corporate HR professionals to support a dynamic in-house team. Primarily remote with occasional on-site work required in the client’s Wichita office.

Position Description
· Client seeks a highly motivated attorney or senior HR professional with at least 5 years of experience conducting complex investigations in the areas of corporate, legal, administrative, criminal investigations (or a combination). Ideal candidate will also have 2+ years’ experience analyzing open-source and internal information, proficiency with a variety of interviewing techniques, evidence management, and making objective recommendations
· Candidate will have knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment (employment law; internal controls, etc.) and ability to address allegations of suspected violations of policies, the Code of Conduct, government regulations, and conflicts of interest. The nature of these investigations includes but is not limited to: corporate theft, fraud, bribery, general employee misconduct, business due diligence, potential litigation, etc.
· Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and conducting corporate investigations in a timely manner and consistent with established standards for investigations. The successful candidate will also write Executive summaries and coordinate with Ethics & Compliance, Quality, Security, Human Resources, and Legal teams as appropriate, to provide investigation recommendations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting interviews and preparing comprehensive reports. Must be able to communicate effectively with audiences of varying levels in an organization
· This is a hybrid role (mostly remote); however, candidate must have flexibility to attend occasional on-site meetings when needed
· Preferred Experience: Senior Corporate HR experience; attorney with corporate investigative experience
