The ideal candidate will be a versatile, business-oriented attorney comfortable handling a wide range of corporate legal matters. This role involves providing legal support across litigation management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial contracting.

Role Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term, indefinite
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Fully remote
- Pay Rate: Starting at $95 hourly, commensurate with experience
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a versatile, business-oriented attorney comfortable handling a wide range of corporate legal matters. This role involves providing legal support across litigation management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial contracting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage outside counsel on litigation matters
- Assist with SEC filings and related corporate disclosures
- Advise on compliance, shareholder relations, and regulatory issues
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, primarily from the seller’s side
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in California
- 5+ years of relevant in-house or law firm experience
- Strong background in litigation management, SEC filings, compliance, shareholder relations, regulatory matters, and commercial contracting
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, adaptable approach
