Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Indefinite
- Hours: 30-40/week
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $70-75/hr (commensurate with experience)
- Analyze insurance policies to advise insurers and policyholders on coverage obligations and rights.
- Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents for coverage disputes.
- Conduct legal research on insurance law, including bad faith, duty to defend, and indemnification issues.
- Candidates must have 1+ years of insurance litigation experience.
- Candidates must have a California law license, active and in good standing.
