Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm client in seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a 1–3 month temporary engagement. This role will be hybrid in Atlanta, and candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm client in seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a 1–3 month temporary engagement. This role will be hybrid in Atlanta, and candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 1–3 months
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)
- Compensation: Starting at $90/hour, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the full litigation lifecycle, including:
- Client intake and case evaluation
- Drafting demand letters, complaints, motions, and briefs
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing meet-and-confer processes and correspondence with opposing counsel
- Handling occasional court appearances as required
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
- Develop effective case strategies and provide high-quality client service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: trusts and estates, fiduciary duty claims, business disputes, breach of contract, employment, or real estate litigation.
- Active Georgia bar license in good standing (required).
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and client relationship management skills.
