Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm in seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney to join their team on a remote, long-term engagement. This opportunity is expected to last 6+ months and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm in seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney to join their team on a remote, long-term engagement. This opportunity is expected to last 6+ months and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Role Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6+ months, with potential to become permanent
- Location: Remote (ideal candidates able to commute to the office occasionally)
- Hours: Full-time
- Pay Rate: Starting at $70 hourly, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct estate planning meetings with clients
- Customize, proof, and tailor estate plans based on client needs
- Handle post-death administration matters, including:
- Meeting with trustees and beneficiaries
- Answering questions and providing legal guidance
- Preparing and reviewing related legal documents
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in California
- Experience in estate planning and trust administration
- Strong client communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
