Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a boutique law firm in seeking an experienced Corporate/Tax Attorney to join their team on a part-time, long-term, indefinite engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong corporate and tax experience to work remotely with a growing practice.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in corporate law, taxation, and transactional work, including M&A. The attorney will support a range of corporate and tax-related matters, including research, drafting, and strategic business planning.

Role Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term, indefinite
- Hours: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Location: Remote
- Pay Rate: Starting at $90 hourly, commensurate with experience
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in corporate law, taxation, and transactional work, including M&A. The attorney will support a range of corporate and tax-related matters, including research, drafting, and strategic business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tax research and provide related legal guidance
- Draft and review corporate and transactional agreements
- Assist with M&A and other corporate transactions
- Support business succession planning and execution
- Draft operating agreements and review contracts
- Advise on advanced estate planning matters
Qualifications
- J.D. and active license to practice law (Florida or Georgia preferred, but not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, tax, and transactional law
- Strong understanding of M&A and business structuring
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
