Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic law firm to recruit a Litigation Attorney – (Auto Claims). This is a full-time, indefinite contract opportunity,

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Indefinite
• Hours: 40/week
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: $55-63/hr (commensurate with experience)

Position Description

• Our client is seeking an attorney to oversee a portfolio of personal injury cases.
• Candidates will have experience in insurance defense litigation or claims management, specifically in personal injury and auto accident cases.
• The attorney will be responsible for setting reserves, performing various reporting functions and obtaining efficient resolutions of the matter
• The attorney will review draft pleadings, develop litigation strategy, assist in settlement negotiations and handle discovery issues
• The attorney will also be expected to work with corporation’s Risk Management team and in-house attorneys to address reoccurring issues and recent trends and establish best practices and procedures
• Ideal candidates will have some in-house litigation experience
• Candidates must have a license to practice law, active and in good standing
• Candidates must be located in the same state where they are licensed to practice
