Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a global shipping and delivery services company in seeking a Senior Securities/Corporate Governance Attorney for a long-term, indefinite engagement.

Start: January 2026
Duration: Indefinite
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: Starting at $100 hourly
Position Overview
The Senior Securities/Corporate Governance Attorney will provide high-level support on SEC reporting, corporate governance, proxy statements, and executive compensation matters. This role requires deep familiarity with public company disclosures and the ability to partner closely with the in-house litigation and corporate teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
Support the litigation team with securities-related disclosures and reporting
Advise on corporate governance, proxy statements, and executive compensation
Assist with capital markets matters (experience preferred)
Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
J.D. and active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction required
10+ years of experience with SEC filings and public company reporting
Prior in-house experience is required
Strong background in corporate governance, proxy work, and executive compensation
Capital markets experience is a plus
