Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 4-5 weeks
- Hours: 40/week
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $90/hr
- Client is seeking an attorney with at least 7+ years of in-house M&A transactional/contract experience to work with their in-house litigation team
- Experience reviewing, revising and negotiating NDAs in support of a sell side transaction
- Ability to work independently and also collaboratively with in-house business and legal teams
- License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
