Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a corporate client in seeking an experienced EEOC Attorney to join its legal team on a temporary, fully remote, part-time basis.

Details
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Indefinite
  • Hours: Sporadic, up to 10 hours per week (as matters arise)
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Compensation: $70–$75/hour, dependent on experience

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and draft responses to EEOC charges on behalf of the client
  • Review and analyze HR investigation reports and supporting documentation
  • Conduct any supplemental investigation necessary to support a complete and accurate response
  • Develop well-reasoned, defensible position statements and supporting narratives
  • Collaborate with the client’s Head of Litigation, who will review and approve final submissions
  • Manage matters independently in a low-supervision, high-trust environment

Candidate Qualifications
  • 5+ years of employment law experience, with a strong focus on EEOC charge handling and responses
  • Demonstrated ability to independently draft and manage EEOC position statements
  • Deep understanding of federal employment discrimination laws and EEOC procedures
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and investigative skills
  • Ability to work efficiently on a sporadic, as-needed basis
