Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a manufacturing client in seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its legal team on a fully remote, temporary engagement.
Engagement Details
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4+ months
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Fully remote
Compensation: Starting at $90/hour, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
Manufacturing and supply agreements
Facility and operations agreements
Services, consulting, and professional services agreements
Procurement and supply chain contracts
Transportation and logistics agreements
IT and technology-related agreements
Provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal business stakeholders
Communicate effectively with external counterparties during negotiations
Identify and assess contractual risk while proposing business-oriented solutions
Manage multiple agreements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Candidate Qualifications
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm and/or in-house setting
Strong understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain contracting environments preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
