We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Transactional and Data Privacy Attorneys to join us and commence their LOD journey.
Transactional and Data Privacy Attorney
To join us, you will:
Have at least 5 years of experience ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training) in commercial contracts, data privacy, and cybersecurity
Strong communication skills, good judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
Additional experience needed
Negotiating Data Protection/processing agreements and clauses for both buy side and sell side
Negotiating complex commercial agreements (primarily buy side), with particular focus on technology and/or financial service related vendors and services providers
Experience with international data transfer a plus
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role with a duration of 4-6 months which may be longer
Candidate MUST be able to work on-site for the client for 2 weeks per month in client office located in Jersey City, NJ, Westlake, TX, Merrimack, NH, or Smithfield, RI.

Consilio US LOD, a Consilio company, seeks a Healthcare attorney with 5+ years of experience to assist its prominent healthcare client with health plan contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare operations in addition to health plan contracts. Tennessee attorneys preferred, but client will also consider remote candidates as well. This is a full-time hourly contract opportunity expected to last 2-3 months.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in healthcare contracts.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of case work and familiarity with healthcare contracts and operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and to work well with in-house counsel.
Experience and ability to work independently on a remote basis.
An active law license in good standing.
